The creatine in HOT BLOOD HARDCORE enhances physical performance during short bursts of high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

(1) Vitamin B6 and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal mental function.

(2) Vitamin C and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

(3) Folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin A contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system. Chromium is involved in the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Biotin is involved in normal energy-producing metabolic processes.

Recommended dosage
Mix 2x1 serving powder (2x12.5 g = 2x3/4 scoops) with 2x200 ml cold water in a shaker bottle. Slightly carbonated, open bottle lid when mixing every 5 seconds to avoid accidental pressure build-up! Take 1 serving 30 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 
the recommended dosage!
