USAGE: Mix 1 level scoop with 300ml of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. New users use 1/2 a scoop to assess your tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days. Do not take more than 1 scoop per day, do not take within 4 hours of sleep.
WARNING: This product is intended for healthy adults aged 18 years or older. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Before using this product consult with your physician if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have or suspect to have: high or low blood pressure, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, cardiac arrythmia, stroke, seizures, psychiatric disease, diabetes, prostate enlargement or if you are taking MAOIs or any other medication. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction while using this product.
